White myst
I walk down that familiar road
Spy the old shack
Continue to walk down the road
Happiness rolled in paper
The familiar click
Followed by a scrape
Sparks…Flame…Ignition
I walk
White line between my feet
I walk
Half dead yet happy
The deep breath before the plunge
The night’s air is damp
Monsoon a month away
Rubber burns some where
Carbon blackens the face of the moon
The next one is smooth
Pollution fades away
I seem not to care about it
It’s gone deep
My lungs go heavy
My mind light
Blow my troubles away
White clouds obscure my face
Illuminated street lamps
I walk
Bright lights zoom by
Red ones say good bye
White line beneath my feet
Blowing my burden away
The road ends another one begins
My nicotine fix ends
I walk
Familiar road
In some past memory
I quit here
A tear falls
A familiar click, scratch
Sparks…Flame…..Ignition
Blown away in the white mist
I see your face
It doesn’t last
I walk
My doom is set
My path chosen
They shall suffer me to pass
Or free me the burden of life
I walk
-By me
